RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We sell only high-end luxury handbags Jewelry, Clothing and fashion Accessories. Every time both our factory and the shipping department check carefully before we ship out the goods, we can send you the real photos and videos before shipment to quality control by yourself. We promise you 100% satisfaction.

We only accept Exchange or Return if the product you received the wrong model caused by us.

If you wish to return an item purchase from fashionown.com please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return any item purchase from us, please observe the following:

STEPS

  1. Please email us at support@fashionown.com about the defective merchandise you have received or if you wish to change your size and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    (Please be aware that without RMA we might not be able to accept returns)
  2. We will reply to your email with return instructions.
  3. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will either refund or exchange it as per the customer's requirements.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINES:

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests can be placed (If not Shipped) will result in flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item's amount.

Exchange:

Any item you purchased from our store can be exchanged or returned on the following basis:

  • Must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached
  • Fit is not accurate (runs big or small)
  • If the item is defective or damaged during transit. (Required images with original tags)
  • Received item is different than what was ordered. (Required images with original tags)
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm that we have the item you are looking for.

 

Please return your items with the insured postal service or courier to avoid loss due to the item being lost as Fashionown.com cannot be held liable for the missing of items in transit for returns from buyers.

We will not accept returns/refunds/exchange if you simply change your mind about your order or "better price found", "changed mind," "does not fit," "no longer needed," and "ordered the wrong item" 

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless they have received something SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED.

If the buyer selects wrong size so we will not be responsible at all.

REFUND OPTIONS

Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.

For the refunds we have the following options:

  • Money-Back (Same method used to pay, whether Paypal or Debit/Credit Card payment)
  • Discount on the next purchase (up to 50%)
  • Gift certificate (Could be used for next purchase)

Please note that Custom (Made to measure) items, discounted items and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

15 Day Money Back Guarantee & Returns process
Within 15 days of receiving the item, if you are dissatisfied with the order, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Team for RMA authorization stating:
1. The order number.
2. The item code(s) you wish to return.
3. The reason for return.
Our Customer Service will review your case and offer a return back. Upon receiving, the item will be exchanged with a replacement or will be refunded.

Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 15 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.

Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30-day warranty time frame.
2. Unfortunately the product in the sale are non-refundable
3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie, and Earrings. These items are not covered by the warranty for hygiene reasons.
4. Virus prevention items including All masks, disposable protective clothing and other protective gear that comes into direct contact with the skin of humans and animals. For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are not covered by the warranty.
All returns must be confirmed via the ticket center. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

Sizing issues
In the apparel business, we may note slight size differences between brands and manufacturers. It is important you check the size chart and size conversion chart on the product before ordering.
If we have shipped you the wrong size by mistake, we will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable).
If you chose the wrong size, Fashionown will offer an exchange or refund for customers, but please note that shipping costs to return the items are at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping Fees
1. Shipping fees to return the items are at the customer’s own expense.
2. Please consult your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We advise you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

BEFORE SHIPPING PRODUCT YOU NEED TO TAKE IMAGES OF PRODUCT AND SEND IMAGES ON THIS EMAIL: support@fashionown.com

 

However if a custom made item has to be altered, we could do it for FREE if buyer pays for both way shipping charges. This doesn't apply for discounted/promotional items or items on grand sale.

During a promotional period, cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.

In case of refund request due to mind change, cost of shipping will NOT be refunded which again will be between $18 to $54 according to the location of buyer in the world even if the shipping is FREE for the item, Restocking fee of $50 will be charged in case of order cancellation or return.
