First and foremost, we do not charge for the shipping and handling of the products. In short, we offer free delivery as a reward to our customers for the order placement.
It takes us 4-6 working days to deliver the product to your address. If you live in a remote region, delivery time may extend to 5 more working days. However, the company shall not be responsible for any delay due to the harsh weather conditions or an unstable situation influencing your region.
Fashionown.com understands your desired product means a lot to you. Therefore, we consider it our utmost responsibility to keep you updated about the shipping status. After the product leaves the manufacturing warehouse, our customer service representative will send you a shipping confirmation email containing potential information such as the tracking number and a direct link to track it.

Since we do not want you to face any unwanted situation while receiving the product, we urge you to provide us with your physical address instead of P.O. Box/APO/FPO addresses.

Acknowledgment:

If it is not, you should know that your order wasn't registered in our system. For clarification, please contact the person concerned via email.
Tracking details:
To keep you informed about the status of your shipment, we will send you a tracking number. This notice will include the date of shipment as well as the expected delivery date.
Late delivery:
If any means, the order fails to arrive at the location. The amount will be returned, or a replacement shipment will be sent accordingly.
You can also inform us about the late delivery by sending the tracking code to check the status further.
